Need some advice,
Doing my first butts, both in the 8-10# range. Is the time of cooking the same if I did one vs. two? Also, do you inject the butts with anything?? Apple juice, vinegar??
Help a brother out.
Thanks

Big Jim,
In my limited experience, two cook in slightly longer time (half an hour total?) than one. It's a matter of having more cold mass to start with.[p]I don't inject; just slather with yellow mustard and apply rub the night before.[p]Ken

Big Jim, be sure to leave an inch or two of space between the two butts.
