Hello All
It is Hump Day and decided to cook something we have not done in a few weeks. Fresh wild caught Sockeye Salmon from Alaska, no farm raised food colored salmon here. I grilled about 20 minutes at 280 till it hit 155* and laid it over a bed of risotto with green beans for the veggie. The wife arrived home just as I was plating up to her surprise I had cooked dinner. The P.P. Salmon Magic really takes the fishy taste away. Lightly coated the board with EVOO on fish side after patting it dry from soaking overnight and the dusting of P.P. I have used this board already about 8 times and it is quite burnt on the fire side but I can get another cook or two from it. Hope everyone else is enjoying some healthy high in Omega 3 salmon every once it a while.
