how to cook drumsticks in the bge

I know how i want to use the hot sauce just have not cooked any small drumsticks how long and what temp any help would be grateful thanks

    Drumsticks enjoy a nice long cook...an hour and a half to two hours is nice. I like 250-275 direct, but on a raised grate. I usually rotate the grid every 15-20 minutes, and flip and move around as needed to slowly build up a nice crust.[p]You could do them in 45 minutes to an hour if you go with 300-350, but personally I like them to have a little more time.[p]Enjoy, and let us know what you end up doing!
