I like to get all drumettes at publix. I will put them in a zip lock bag with a bbq marinade and them grill them off. They need little sauce that way. Besides, I prefer bbq wings over hot wings
-
Thanks! Any specific marinade that you like?

Grill your wings like you normally would (direct heat 350-400 raised grid is how i do it) get that good egg flavor in there. Once the wings are done dust them with Tony's Cajun sea food seasoning and a light amount of garlic powder. Don't season before you cook the Tony's will burn. If you like good dry wings this is full proof. Be careful tho too much tony's or garlic powder will ruin the wings. Good luck

i hope fidel will chime in here, he has helped so many with wings! if he doesnt send him an email.

Here's some of my favorites:
Tasty Licks Wings - toss the wings with rub, let sit overnight uncovered in the fridge, then low and slow on the Egg.
Grilled Buffalo Wings - indirect at 400°F then tossed in Frank's wing sauce.
Spicy Orange Wings
- indirect at 350°F then tossed in an orange marmalade and Sriracha sauce.Food & Fire - The carnivorous ramblings of a gluten-free grill geek. -
A mix of your favorite honey mustard sauce and Texas Pete's wing sauce.....oh my!
My favorite rub for wings is Bad Byron's butt rub.. -
I put a little evoo on them, Dizzy Pig Raging River and then for the last 10 minutes baste twice with Franks Buffalo Sauce and Franks Sweat Heat. They're awesome and come out great every time.

After all of these years, I still find it hard to beat Smokin' Eddie's Wa Wa wings from the BGE archives.
