<p />Made a batter of Dijun mustard and honey. Placed a few chicken tenders in there and rolled around. Wrapped in Procuitto and cooked indirect. I think I cooked a little to long they were a little dry. Taste was great and will try again.
The rest of the tenders got the DP treatment, Swamp Venom and Tsunmani. Very tastefull also.[p]CWM

  • Car Wash Mike,
i'm sure glad that i taught you the merits of my favorite italian ham. . .how in the world did you survive all these years without prociutto. .now you are using it on a weekly basis . . .you may need to open another car wash to afford the addiction though.. ..next time you are that new italian deli you found, buy some pancetta and try it on some stuff. . . it is fattier than prociutto so it would probably add a little more moisture to something like these chicken tenders... .and the flavor is very similar (not quite as salty and a little more smokey). ..
