Yaks are good eating. Don't kid yourself! Little tough but with a braise or a slow cook they are awesome. I mean with all that pink salt :laugh:

Richard...OMG...A salt block wall...how gorgeous is that!!? :ohmy: GREAT pics! Have been to Council Oaks at Seminole Hardrock Hollywood, but I sure don't remember seeing that wall! (You can actually see into the dry aging cooler in Hollywood). Very super nice of him to take some pics!
