Mushroom recipe

There was a mushroom recipe a few weeks ago.. mushrooms tossed with olive oil and some seasoning. I cannot remember what seasoning and what temp/time. Help

    Jake,[p]There have been a few, but the recipe for "Grilled Oyster Mushrooms"...is a Killer![p]I think it was first posted by "WooDoggies"...large oyster mushrooms are tossed or lightly sprayed with olive oil, seasoned with your favorite rub(I think Dizzy Pig "Raging River" was his pick), then grill over a med-hot direct fire till the edged start to turn dark and get crispy.[p]Pull and eat ASAP![p]Verrrry easy...extremely gooood!![p]Chubby
