<p />I'm gonna warm up real soon.............hehehehe
Trying out a new grid from "eggor". Holds about 38 peppers.
These peppers were stuffed with chopped up chicken and monterey jack. Hope they aren't too hot...........LOL

    eggor,
side effects or after burner effects. I should learn to eat these things for dessert. Sat there and ate a few, then a few more, then a few more. Guess I made some hamburgers for tomorrow cuz I aint hungry no more, but a quart of ice cream would sure be nice right about now.

I also made some ABT's on eggors grid last night.[p]Alas no pic's.[p]I used pulled pork, italian sausage and hot italian sausage
with cream cheese mixed with Dizzy Dust. Surprising to me, I liked the mild italian sausage the best. Also used jalapeno and yellow peppers. The jalapeno's where better but no pepper heat from either. Did not have any bacon on hand to try with the ABT's.[p]Tip: I found a 1/8 teaspoon metal measuring spoon to be great tool for removing the ribs and seeds from the peppers.[p]Eggor's grid worked great. I cooked with the grid setting on top of my regular grid, 300 direct for 1 hour. This worked fine. (I pre-cooked the sausage just in case). I might try indirect next time. Hint: do not use a pair of tongs to remove the peppers. After having a couple of the ABT's contents 'squirted' out, I used a tool to push them up from the bottom of the grill and then picked them up.[p]Eggors 'toys' seem to always be dual purpose. I am eager to try the grid 'upside' down as a charcoal heat source for quick cooks.[p]I also have his adjustable grid holder to try.[p]So many toys, so little time....[p]Toy Man[p]
