Slice about an inch thick, sprinkle on a heavy coat of pineapple head and grill about 400* til the grill lines are dark.

Here is a way I like to do them. You can also leave the haet at 350-400 as mentioned.

Just season it and grill :ohmy: I love Pineapple Head,but use cinnamon/brown sugar also(if needed)

What Steven said but also add a little rum to the top side.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
