Tonight we tried out Boccie's Smashed chicken rollups. They came out awesome! Slight modifications included sauted chopped mushrooms inside, thighs instead of breast meat, and Dizzy dust (had no tsunami spin).[p]Served accompanied with mushroom rissoto and green beans. yum.[p]Thank you Boccie.[p]Regards, bobbyb[p][p]

I cooked about 80 steaks, 120 seafood platters, 20 gallons of seafood gumbo......OH WAIT....on the BGE ???
Nuttin, but I did make me about 38 ABT's sitting in a s/s holder designed by eggor that I will break in for dinner. I grilled some chicken breasts, chopped 'em fine and added pepperjack, stuffed jalapeno's, topped with bacon, and can't wait till tomorrow afternoon to Get 'er Done.
