"Found" my pressure cooker a few nights ago :woohoo: and have used it the last two nights... Beef stroganoff last night, pork and rice tonight; good comfort. I need to use it more often, especially this time of year when the egg is such an effort  My mom used a pressure cooker often when I was a kid - it sure does make for quick and easy after a long day at work. Happy Wednesday.

I use mine for risotto (6 minutes!) and dried beans.
I'm actually considering a second, larger one to make stocks.Egging in Crossville, TN -
Julia,
I pooched mine with a load of potatoes and too little water. Really want to get a big one for quick stocks and fast braises

I used to know of an antisocial Canadian with a superiority complex who had a fan page for pressure cooking on facebook. He took it down though. A blow to humanity and the culinary arts.ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante
