It's a Jerky kinda day

<p />I marinated this eye of round over night in a marinade call Soy Vay, Very Teriyake. I added fresh ginger, ground anaheim pepper, black pepp and kosher salt.[p]I'm smoking it with maple chunks. I may just sit and look at the closed egg all day. That's normal, right?[p]Scott
