Borders,[p]That's some good lookin' jerky. It'll probably take
watchin' all day (and part of the evening) just to make
sure no-one swipes any before it's done.[p]Love the marinade; don't spare the ginger!

Dave, It started at 65, and currently is 104, grid temp
