Was given some Venison "stew" meat. Does anyone have any good recipes for cooking? I thought I might make a chili with it in my new 10 qt. cast iron pot (seasoned of course)......on the BGE! Thanks in advance, Paul

    Midnight Smoker,
    believe it or not, stew meat makes great jerky. Set the Egg to 175 and marinate the meat for 24 hours. use some hikory and cheery wood for smoke. The stew meat should be dry but chewy. These tender morsels are awesome!
