add http://biggreenegg.com/wwwboard/last25.shtml to your bookmarks. Its the Most Recent 25 page. then go into bookmarks and right click on th elink you just added, And then left click on properties. Place a check mark in "Load this Bookmark in sidebar" CLick OK then click the bookmark 
It will load it in the sidebar and since the page has an auto refresh it will always be up to date
