how is temp control in xl vs lrg? both over time and variation within egg. ie. do you have to control an xl any different than the large and are the variations inside comparable to the lrg?

    We use both all the time and there doesn't seem to be any difference from model to model but sometimes you get one that just heats differently ... our current Large demo takes longer to get hot that mine at home ...can't figure out why?
