Made a visit to Resturant Depot and had a busy day od eggin for the game!!

5lbs Jalapenos

Carne Asada for stuffing

Three cheese and Cilantro

The raws plus some Kruse bacon

Brined in Apple cider vineger


Homemade tabasco for the wings

Simmer in sauce for an hour

Rubbed with Dry Ranch-Tasty!!


Abt's done-They were sprinkled with DP Pineapple head

Ribs done -dry rub only

Dale when I do that many peppers I do them underwater. (talking about cutting)
I am sure cutting peppers was the least of your work doing that much good looking food.

Mickey I do turn a fan on,but I have done as many as 175 for an event so this was a breeze.

Dale, everything looks amazing . I can't buy jalapenos in that quantity...even in our biggest stores I can only get 5-10 per package... And they are very costly. I'm guessing geographics are to blame! :(

Julia Resturant depot sells all big quantities,as they sell to ctering co and resturants.This is a tough time of the year for peppers /with all the bad weather it is almost impossible for the hothouses to keep up.
