Well...it was awesome! The beef came off around 10pm (about 12 1/2 hrs). The Pork came off around 9 am (shy of 24 hrs) Like a worried mom, check the Pork around 3am the temp (dome) was fine at 225. When I got it off the grill, I wraped it in foil and towel, put it in a brown bag, into a cooler, then off to beat the snow. I arrive at my destination about 2 hrs later. My 78 year old sicilian granny helped me with the pull. Bones came out with two fingers and I swear the meat collapsed! But I am bragging. Granny said she has never seen anything like it (not much BQ in Sicilly). Anyway thanks to all for your help. I was the hero of the party! In my haste to leave, I forgot my digital camera, so no pictures. Picutes of the leftovers wouldn't do it justice.[p]Oh yea the eagles won!

jerseymatt,[p]Glad your cook came out well. I did an 8+ lb chuck roast like Fishlessman did with great results as well. Great game yesterday!!!! Lets hope they look even better in two weeks.[p]Chuck
