just butter or did you spice them after the dip, might like to try that on the wide flat side of my cast iron grid. i dont have a pan that will fit the egg

I seasoned them up with a healthy dose of Chef Wil's "Grilla Shaker" prior to the butter. I was really surprised at how these came out. Cut 'em with a fork tender.[p]Mike
