    standbell,[p]6lbs...[p]rubbed with Olive Oil and Ken Stones E-Z Life[p]Moped with oil, black vinegar,orange juice, apple juice , and E-Z life rub.[p]250'ish...7 3/4 hrs....pulled @ 190 and wrapped for 1 hr.
    Not much "Plateau Time" with little guy!!![p]I should's let'er go for another 30 or 45 minutes I think.[p]
    Different than my usual....but verrrrry good![p]The E-z Life Rub and the Orange Juice Mop... give a Citrus hint!![p]I think I like!!![p]Evans

    Smokin Joe,[p]Everybody knows you cook tuna indirect, label off the can, sprinkled with raging river at exactly 350 for 80 seconds.[p]Oh, and don't forget to rest the can on the counter for ten minutes. [p]And one more thing. Use some tongs to get the can off the grid. Otherwise you'll end up like the lady from the movie "drop dead gorgeous."[p]
