Heheee. Well depending on your elevation. At my house water boils at 202°.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery

Hahaha, here it boils at 212º, elevation about 11'. I'd like to put a lot more elevation under this place at some point in time but I'm afraid it ain't happening any time soon.

I just ran my elevation (15 ft) and current barometric pressure (29.62" Hg) through the site's boiling point calculator and got 211.5°F - about what my ThermaPen has been showing. I'm happy.
