London Broil - anything interesting?

Other than a simple marinade and some (well, lots) of Bernaise sauce, does anyone have an interesting London Broil recipe?[p]I plan on doing 2 - one simple, one more fun.[p]By the way, I'm a newbie (Xmas '04) and love this Forum. I've used it for the V-8 marinaded chicken wings, the raspberry chiptle sauce with pork (last night!), and the "piece de resistance" 20-hour 9 lb butt. Everything's turned out perfect. Thank you all for your help!

I've T-rexed a marinated (36 hours) london broil with great success.
IMO was the best I've ever had.

Ryan,[p]But you can do it for any cut of beef. I would recommend the sear at 30 seconds per half inch of thickness per side. (wow...that was confusing). [p]if it's two inches thick, then sear each side for two minutes.

BucsFanJim,[p]I'll second the TRex method. I smoked with Jack Daniels chips for the slow cook part. Only marinated for 30 minutes prior to cook - pre-packaged stuff. Also, best london broil i've had - first on my egg.
