decided to do a picnic shoulder this weekend. put it on saterday night at 250,5 degrees out and windy. sunday morning woke up, 26 inches of snow, 30 mile winds with 50 mile gusts and pork in the plataeu. finished up at noon for sandwiches topped with elder wards vineger sauce, a little sweetbaby rays and a scoop of beans on a white bun served with a pitcher of guinness. frozen water pipe in the bathroom and this nice fish caught while waiting for game time
