What should my first wok cook be

I received a bunch of egg toys including a spider and a wok for Christmas. I haven't used the wok yet as I still need to do the cleaning and season it. But I'm getting anxious, what do you guys think I should do for my first wok cook.

Depends on what you wanna make. If you have a fryer, I'd say General's Chicken but that's just me.
Otherwise, maybe a Mongolian Beef or Hunan Chicken.
I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season. -
Fried rice would be an easy one.
Here's one with beef, chicken, zucchini, broccoli, water chestnuts, baby corn, and cashew nuts. Just before adding the rice. -
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

fried rice would probably be a good start, I don't have a fryer.
