Ribs - Wow!!!!

Just finished our first baby back ribs done on the BGE!!!!!!! 14 pounds of ribs didn't last long!! They were great!! Used Dizzy Pig Rub and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.
Tried to do the 3-1-1 method. Thanks to Car Wash Mike and WessB for their posts and website!![p]AG

Glad you liked them. Your part about the WOW , you will eventually try your own technique and flavors (rubs and other marinades ect). Mixing bbq sauces with honey or other sauces and give us a sample. This forum IMHO is for learning.[p]Can't wait to hear what you tried next.[p]We had single slab tonight with crab cakes.[p]Mike[p]
