Finally got to try beer can chicken for the first time!
Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper, Herbes de Provence, Beer

Direct at 375 degrees

Saw some polenta at the store and decided to try it on the grill

All in all a great meal. It never ceases to amaze me how moist chicken is on the egg!

I said to my wife, 'Where do you want to go for our anniversary?' She said, 'I want to go somewhere I've never been before.' I said, 'Try the kitchen.'

LOVE HdP. Great on chicken and pork!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

The beer didn't last long for sure!

Personally I would just drink the beer and do the same flavors but spatchcock the rascal. Have done them both ways and they both come out moist and flavorful, less clean up and easier handling of the bird IMHO. Cheers!
