Below Zero and still cooking

The third quarter has started, I have an hour an half left of cooking time for a brisket ala Mad Max, the recipe he wrote about yesterday, smoked and braised. Started the egg, it was 9 out, blowing about 25 and snow everywhere. It is now 3 below and more wind, less snow. The egg has kept a steady 300. Boy do I love this thing. My only worry is that when it is 80 out and I am in shorts, t-shirt and sandals I won't know how to cook on the egg. Go Pats, Good luck Michael. FF
