Would like to cook a brisket for the first time on the egg. Any suggestions on cut of meet, cooking times, temps etc. I had heard that if you don't get a particular cut of brisket it will turn out bad any suggestions greatly appreciated

    Kevin atlana,
There is a natural tendency to shy away from some things that you may perceive as difficult to cook re; brisket or an all nighter for example. Been there; done that! However, the only way you will learn is to do it; and learn from your mistakes. The good folks in the Green Room will help you, and the BGE will do more than anyone!
