Sub zero wind chills around SE NM
MINUS 50 on Mt area 50 miles west of us
Feels sub zero when open door for dog -- and she won't even go out!
Where does the new pup sleep--your side of the bed or Kim's? -
Sorry about the weather, 66 here and getting ready for a walk on the beach. You have mail.
-
Are you?
Ran out and took this pic when I saw your post.
Stay warm buddy!
P.S. Stay tuned for Western Cut Rib Roast later this evening. :woohoo: -
I just got the paper in my bare feet. On brick and ice, about 20 degrees
And I'm not exactly a lumberjack tuffguy.
Toughen up!
As for the 'global warming' thing. It's a common misperception that under the hypothesis of 'global warming' your day to day temps are going to be much warmer.
I'm not stating a position either way. But the idea "what is up withthis weather?" (violent storms, winter or summer), is in line with the model being studied by those in the global warming camp. Meaning, it makes perfect sense (to some) to get dumped on by snow and cold while on average things are warming
But first, suck it up nor move even further southwest I guess :laugh:ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante -

This is why I live in Georgia. It is 48 here and I am freezing!
-
Wow, that doesn't happen often does it? You are in the lower elevations in that area aren't you?
Kent -
3000' elevation, the record low high temp for today was set in 1904 at 44 degrees. We will break that today. -RP

That's weather is pretty amazing. When I was there in November it sure was nice. 40's in the am and 70's in the afternoon. Never needed a jacket/coat the entire week.
Another 6 to 8 weeks and we will start warming up some little.

Ouch...glad I live in the south. It's rare we see single digits much less below zero.
