You must have a pantry and refrigerator the size of Texas! Gloria is one lucky Lamb Chop to have such awesome care. That beautiful meal will go a long way toward getting her back to health.
See you in April...

Nice post Richard. I hope Gloria is feeling better.

I just love the Wok!! I've been using rice noodles alot...so simple, soak then Wok and no need to save or cook rice...
Also been making my version of Kang Kong which is a stir fried green (kind of like spinach) mixed w/fish sauce and dried baby shrimp and sambal (chili paste).... As you can't find Kang Kong in US, I have improvised with various greens. I go to Singapore/Malaysia twice a year and eat that as much as possible. -
The shrimp are farm raised locally and are $5.99/pound heads on. 16-20 count per pound and are just the right size. Some of the larger ones I have used to stuff with crab meat.

Love that stuff! Looks sooooo good Richard and it's sure to help Lamb Chop. Nice work.
Sending her wellness from the frozen North,(is that possible?) :silly: Thinking about when we get to see you guys again! :woohoo: -
I like to use the mung bean noodles a lot. These folks have lots of Thai ,hard to find, items. Maybe they carry your greens.
