Try Lowes or Home Depot.

$30???????
they run between $4 & $6 at the big box stores

thanks for all the help. I will check out all advice.

Tim, those work but the ones from HD or Lowes are just a little shorter (still hold 12) and you can fit 2 in the large egg with the grid on a inverted plate setter by leaving enough space for the dome therm to slide between them.
-
Thanks Pat. I have always cut them up and layed them flat on the grid. The thing is I had to turn them...I think i'll go get two for my large. Do you clean them by burning them off in the egg?
-
They fold flat so you can just toss them in the dishwasher

Ha! That be Cindy! :woohoo:

Ok, somebody help me out here. What IS the fascination with wings? I mean, they taste good and all, but there's just nothing THERE! You have to eat a dozen or two to get your fill. Why not just cook breasts, thighs or drumsticks - something you can sink your teeth into? As far as I can recall, I have never cooked just wings. Ever.
I guess these are unanswerable questions, but I thought I'd throw it out there.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

taste Michael,, and more crunchy skin per bite. You can thank us wing eaters for driving down the price of breasts

Sweet tip...thx...i have been pondering whether to buy one or not...you sold me.

Ok. THANKS!! One of these days, I'll throw some wangs on the egg and find out what I'm missing. Just never seemed worth wasting the lump on.

Michael, I like what Pat said. I love my wings crispy with plenty of flavor I love the
Mid-Joint Wing
# When you eat chicken wings, the part you refer to as the "flat" is actually called the wingette.

My $.02 is to use fresh wings- not the pack of frozen. Nothing wrong with the frozen kind if that kind of wang is your thang...but I the fresh wangs have much more meat on them. They are easy to cut if you want...or don't bother.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
