Still being a NOOB, I need to fire up the Egg as much as possible. So tonight I decided to shake and bake some boneless pork chops and toss them on the egg.

Egg- 425 Dome, Indirect setup

Chops- Thick Boneless
Prep- Mixed an egg with some apple cider, dipped the chops then dropped them in the SnB mix.
Tossed em on the Egg.

They came out really good, much moister than typical oven chops and a nice smoky flavor from the apple wood chips.

I love my Egg.

We need the pictures. But sounds like you did it just right.
Big chops are very good on the egg....
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I like Shake N Bake. It's good on pork. Next time, melt some butter and add in some fresh rosemary to flavor the butter, and pour it over the pork chops just before serving. People will think you are a gourmet cook!
Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
