My butt is falling!

Put two butts and a brisket on at 10PM last night - the butts were about 8 lbs each and the brisket 9. Had to dash off to work this morning, returned home and saw the brisket temp was 196 (steady dome temp of 250). Oh NOOOOO - lifted the dome and saw that in fact the redicheck probe was in one of the butts and the guru probe in the brisket - so butts at 196, brisket at 175.[p]After attending to some honeydoos I now see that the brisket is at 180 and the smaller butt has lost 3 degrees and is now reading 193. There has been two hours pass between the 196 and 193 reading, and the dome has been raised a couple of times.[p]Any ideas?[p]Thanks,[p]Pigasso
