I have a bag of small round potatoes (a little bigger than golf balls) that I would like to do something special with for Super Bowl meal. Any suggestions?

Toss them in evoo, s/p, chopped garlic, and rosemary. If you have a screen cook them on that till tender. Also a foil tray will work.

Do what Molly (cookin biker) says but parboil em first.Just boil in salted water til fork tender. That way they don't take long on the Egg to be done. ;)

Listen to Molly. She seems to know what she's talking about. :) Garlic, rosemary and evoo - awesome combo!!!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I do a similar dish, but I halve or quarter them and use dill (and lots of garlic) instead of rosemary. Really good stuff.

Try these ones - but if you have duck fat it's even better than olive oil!

Doug in Eggmonton did a similar thing when he was here but he crushed the spuds and hammered the rosemary on them. Really good!

boil them, then chill in the fridge a day or two. smash them in the palm of your hands til they crack and flatten a bit.fry them up, better than tator tots. i take a bag of boiled new potatoes camping for quick easy breakfasts. they are real good with a fish fry as well, dust with whatever your putting on the fish and into the deep fryer for fish and chips

    Try Syracuse Salt Potatoes:

    4 pounds new potatoes
    1 1/2 cups fine salt
    8 tablespoons butter, melted

    Directions
1.Wash the potatoes and set aside. Fill a large pot with water; stir in salt until it no longer dissolves and settles on the bottom. Place potatoes in the pot and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender but firm, about 15 minutes. Drain; cover to keep hot.
2.While the potatoes are cooking, melt the butter in a small pan over medium high heat, or in microwave. Serve immediately poured over potatoes.
