BBQ sauce help

I have been one of those lurkers for a couple of years now, but have finally taken the step to join in. I have made in the past from some posts a sauce called "Beales? sauce" but cannot for the life of me find my copy of the recipe. I have checked everywhere at home, searched this site and even the primo forum, but no luck. Anybody have a copy of it or a link would be greatly appreciated by me and my 9 year old sous chef/bone chewer. Hmm bone chewer sounds like a dog but I actually meant my 9 yr old rib eating daughter!

I thought it might be a Carolina mustard base sauce but couldn't find it. Temagami as in Ontario?

yes that's the one he's looking for - I've been making it for years and keep it as my go to sauce. Even used it on my baby backs yesterday. I like it!

Yup, Temagami ON. We have a little place there and replaced the old gas burner with an egg donated by some eggcellent guests we've had (I think their donation had some self serving purposes). Nothing like looking over the lake will cooking on the egg with a choice refreshment! Do you know the area?

Met some folks from North Bay at the All-star game the other day. They knew people I knew. LOL. Small world. I've known people from New Liskard too, which is close to you, but can't remember their names. My old canoe was made there. Scott brand I think. I loved that thing. It could pack a moose and all your gear.

We ended up with a temagami cedar/canvas canoe in our boathouse when we moved in, paddled like a dream, untipable (if thats a word)could load anything in it. Just in the process of patching and recanvassing now. Temagami is the place I can't seem to get to often enough, Southern Ontario is where I am stuck usually.
