The Raws.

Marinade brushed on the Chicken thighs for a 6-hr. stay in the fridge.

The Big Green Egg is up to 325* chicken on a raised grid direct.

Flipped @ 20-min. intervals.

Served with Sticky Rice and Asparagus. A very very tasty meal.
Thanks for looking,
Ross

You know, someone's gonna ask for the recipe sooner or later. Why don't you just post it and beat them to it?

Like Judy said: how about the recipe?
That looks very good and will try it soon.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -
Hey Ross, Your chick thighs look/sound tasty. :P
Our local grocer was selling leg quarters in bulk for $0.49 per pound this past week. I've got them in the past and I always separate the leg from the thigh and food saver them up. I love my thighs and drum sticks cooked up nice and crispy.

Thanks for the recipe. Is that the Melinda Lee on Los Angeles radio on weekend mornings? Her program is a real treat.
I haven't seen a 2-3 lb. chicken in the supermarkets in decades...they're always 4-5 lbs. Your choice of using all thighs is a great idea, as they are so moist and flavorful.
