<p />I really can't say the steaks were that much better but flipping the veggies was much easier.
That dang Mad Max, I marinated zuchinni in Robust Italina Dressing, while steak was resting put on BGE. Flipped and pulled off. Had some freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to top these suckers with. Man, I'm telling you some good stuff.[p]Thanks Max.[p]CWM

there is nothing quite like that brick of parmesiana regianno!! . .. its amazing how many different things i grate that stuff on now. . .it just adds so much flavor to stuff. . ..you need to make yourself a big pot of rissoto, and then grate the cheese on the rissoto when you serve it up. ..unbelievable. . .you won't eat regular white rice again. . .. [p]
