Brisket ABT's

I ran out of smokie links the other day making ABT's so I substituted brisket pieces cut the same size. Hmmmm, they turned out good.[p]I hear pulled pork is a another good ABT stuffing, but I've yet to try it. Perhaps this weeked.........[p]Have a good one ya'll![p]GrillMeister

GrillMeister, to each his own, but pulled pork ABTs are my preference followed by using Chuck Lane's knock off of the Varsity Club's chili dog sauce. See below

not sure of your question, but sometimes I use that sauce in the bottom of the boat and then spread the cream cheese on to seal the sauce in and then wrap with bacon. I make that sauce and freeze it in hockey puck size quantities. How I even came up with the idea was I ran out of pulled pork one time and thought "what the heck" and I liked the results.

Try mixing leftover brisket meat with the Mexican 4 cheese blend, some drained Rotelle and cream cheese and stuffing it into a poblano pepper. Wrap in bacon and cook like a regular ABT. Serve with some beans & rice and wash it down with a Shiner and yum, yum, yum. Joe
