How much sauce to pulled pork

I've got 41 pounds of Boston Butt cooking and I am wondering how much sauce to make. I tried searching for that topic on here. So if it's been asked before, I'm sorry. I guess to much sauce I can always freeze the leftovers.
Also, I know the question of how much pulled pork for a certain number of people has been asked on here before. But the answer still has me asking question. I've the seen the formula for # of people divided by 2.4 to get the amount of meat needed. Is that pre-cooked weight? What about the bone?

I usually serve the sauce on the side and not much is ever used

If you are lucky you can get 60% yield from a pork butt. I plan on 50% to be on the safe side, so you will have a little more than 20 pounds of pulled pork. that should be 60+ servings.
I've never really seen the formula for sauce, and that's a hard guess. Some folks really pour it on and others will only use it to moisten their pork. With that much pork, I would have more than one kind of sauce, and make sure one is a sweet one as they are the most popular.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -
Real Q eaters go sans sauce.
Like you I make some available "on the side" for the less versed.

I like a "glaze" of sauce on SOME things.Just not drippin.I'm of the school it should complement the meat, not dominate.
You know what I'm talkin bout.
