If I egg this like a chicken w/o the beer can at @350 using indirect heat and a drip pan will I get the best results? Thanks in advance.

I just cooked turkey leg and thighs the other day. Used indirect, inverted platesetter with drip pan on grid with a v rack, dome temp 300 degrees. Turned out like Thanksgiving turkey. With breasts you want to keep it moist so I recommend a good coating of oil or butter on the entire breast. A light smoke from pecan or apple wood is nice if you like the extra flavor. [p]Clay Q
