Winter Egging

<p />Temp was -24 while doing this turkey over the weekend. Found I used quite a bit more lump at those temps ... but the egg did a great job at getting to 350 and maintaining it without standing out there with it.[p][p]-- Steven

No way any metal cooker could compete with the egg in that weather!
Great post for BGE!![p]BTW my lowest ambient cooking temp is 4 above...doesn't hold a candle to -24, but still shows what the egg can do.
