How did the beef turn out? I hope way better than my Bears did. Jesus what a bummer. Oh well, I spent most of the game outside drinking and watching my siracha wings, it was about 22* today. I am a genius.
I did beef last week and it turned out good except I messed the gravy up because as I stated I burned my drippings. I am going to try it again. I also notice that the beef was a little too fatty/grizzley in spots. I got a slicer and I was still getting the hang of it so it was not as thin as I would like. Next time should be way better. Sirloin tips are on sale again ($2.99lb which is $2 cheaper than (or is it then) last time).
Needless to say let me know how it was, I would like to learn from your mistakes
