Oh, that is one mouthwatering piece of meat! Well done! I mean you, not the meat!
I cooked a boneless leg of lamb a while ago, and unrolled it and butterflied the thick part so it was more uniform in thickness. It was a quick cook, kind of like steak, and out of this world.
