So, we're back from our road trip with the mini. Had time for a quick cook and put on a five pack of Johnsonville brats. They fit on the grill without crowding too much - there may have been room for a hotdog or two for the kids! After about twenty minutes or so, I put in an 8" lipless cake pan, nestled the brats in and added a can of beer. They simmered for another twenty to thirty minutes and were pretty danged good![p]I really cannot believe how well this worked![p]RE
