thanks!!! steve.....having never done this before and now knowing what you are talking about, VERY carefully. cooked the bottoms side that had no chorizo and then rolled it over on the top until it was cooked and then rolled it back until it was done. -
Jason,
Woder if you could use one of those woven bags like they put on boneless roasts? Really like the idea!

not familiar, but sounds perfect.
the taste was really delicious. i thought i messed up forgetting to season the tenderloin, but if i had, it may have been too much. -

where'd you get that noble pils?
i think the besat test of a beer company is a straight up pils, man. my favorite beer (ok. that varies).
is it out now?
my god, i'm gonna lay in a stock. haven't seen it for years.
you make the chorizo or did you slit one open?
nice combination, tenderloin and chorizo. good ideaed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante -

my dad actually saw cases at sam's and grabbed me one. it just came out. our grocery stores don't even have it yet, but mississippi is the worst beer state by far in the united states, so it should be everywhere else.
i would just grab a pilsner, but this one is real good. it's my everyday beer when it's out. -
Jason looks very original & I must say delicious. Isn't chorizo gteat?

i love it. i can only find it in one grocery store down here and it's packaged in a tube with no casing. i'm not sure how else it comes, but this is very convenient. -
saaz hops, nice and malty, and yet light. perfect for summer.ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante

You got my attention with this post! Chorizo and pork tenderloin are 2 of my favorites. I never thought about putting the two together. It had to be awesome.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

agree. perfect for summer. this is a bit hoppier than most pils i've tried. which for me is a good thing. -
i made a pils with saaz, i forget which i used for flavor ad bitterness. nice bitterness, but an aroma and pure white head. designed a tall 22oz pilsner glass for it that i was gonna have made just to drink it. hahaha
back in the day pre kids. never got it made...
thanks for the heads up that it is out nowed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante -
