Jerry, it taught me not to toss pizza dough in the kitchen! It was fun to learn, but I think I will still stretch the dough the way I have done it all along, with no tossing.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
