Last Night[p]
1:30AM Looking good[p]
3:30AM Still doing fine[p]
6AM and starting to get hungry[p]
8:30 AM and about to add some stuff[p]
Hickory[p]
and Ribs[p]
after 2 hours wrapped in foil[p]
after an hour in the foil, back on the grid to cook some more.[p]
On the table and starting to pull[p]

I am only cooking for my wife and kids but the neighbors always seem to hover around about clean up time... I do share a lot of meat.

Nature Boy,[p]Ten, but that includes the American Royal Open and the Invitational. If you will allow be to brag a bit... the ARI does not count for points and the twins did the chicken for the open so basically I cooked chicken in 8 contest to achieve those points.[p]

man those ribs look good. It's been a while since I've done baby backs. I'm going to need to do some soon.[p]I like that glove setup. What are those? just cotton gloves with rubber ones over top of them?
