Just saw a prime rib method demonstrated by Adam Perry Lang.

His method is fairly elaborate, but the result, even just in a video, got my mouth watering.

    I recently dry-aged a roast according to Guy, what's-his-face recipe on FNC. 13 days in the fridge, & it was fantastic!! Over cooked it a tad, but here's the results... wonderful crust & succulent flavor!!
