BGEWDE,[p]Looking good but you had better check the bottom of the loin as it may be burning as it is slightly outside of the diameter of your drip pan and getting more direct heat. [p]Dave

You are correct, I had to pull the tenderloin. Here are the results of the third checkup.[p]

Here we go again[p]
9pm On the egg for the first time[p]
1:30am Looking good, but the tenderloin is getting done too fast.[p]
3:30am Tenderloin is off, butts are looking good. Dome temp creeped up to about 300, cut airflow and got it down to about 250 now...[p]
6am Butts are doing well... My temp crept back up to about 280, but I have dropped it again to about 230
