Wife went out of town today and I was craving some meatloaf so decided to Egg it up. Started off using the Collucci Brothers' recipe for meatloaf from Bobby Flays Throwdown....but I can never leave anything alone.
Here's the starting players.

Onioins and celery sauteeing away.

Threw in some mushrooms that I had laying around (not in the recipe, but I was short on ground beef so why not)

Formed up and ready to go on the Egg at 375.

This was the meatloaf after it had reached about 125 and I decided to sauce it up with a mixture of ketchup (which is all the Bros used), worsey sauce, Franks, some Stubb's bbq sauce and a pinch or two of Dizzy Pig.

Pulled at 160 and resting while I get the taters done.

And all plated up.

This was pretty tasty, but I feel like it could use some work. Not the best meatloaf I have ever had, but it wasn't dry. Definitely some good eats. And I apologize about the quality of the pics. Sorry some of them came out blurry,
