I'd like to say that the support on this forum has been terrific. I bought a demo large BGE about a year ago and it was about the best purchase I've ever made. This was my first charcoal grill and now my gas grill goes unused. With all of your wonderful posts, I have been able to make a lot of delicious ribs (spare and baby back), 2 excellent briskets, 1 good pork butt (first was a disaster), a lot of T-rex steaks, a few good chickens, and tons of pizza. The threads on tips for fire building that I recently read have been very helpful. The last thing that I made was a carnitas pizza (delicious). I will try and post more often and take pictures. Thank you to everyone for posting your tips, recommendations, and insight on this forum.

Always happy to hear how much this forum is appreciated, not only by you but I believe all of us.
Thanks for the post and like the others have said, get to work on the picture thing.

Welcome aboard!
I'm a relative noob, but this forum has helped me get up to speed fast on the egg. I'm glad to hear you're enjoying your egg. There are so many cool things to try and play with. Truly amazing.
When you can, take a long look at the Mad Max turkey. You are going to LOVE it. Even with the holidays over, start thinking about it, planning, maybe even doing one! It's outta this world. I did my first one for Christmas and the whole family was beside themselves. And that's not a testament to me, it's a testament to Mad Max. http://www.nakedwhiz.com/madmaxturkey.htm
Also, here's a great post by Grandpas Grub listing a lot of great advice for the new egg owner. WARNING: you'll want to buy stuff. lol.
